Dora and Boots 18" Foil Balloon

This is an 18 inch foil balloon. Foil Balloons make wonderful Party Decorations and Gifts for any occasion. Foil Balloons can be filled with Helium, for a floating effect, or, alternatively, can be filled with Air, for use as fixed decorations on walls or ceilings. Foil Balloons are easily inflated with Air using a normal drinking straw. If filled with Helium, Foil Balloons will need to be weighted with a small plastic weight or, alternatively, securely tied to an object such as a chair etc.

Foil Balloons are also refillable. Simply remove any ribbon which may be obstructing the valve and refill.

Alternatively, there may be a company local to you, that will hire you a Helium Cylinder, or a local Florist or Balloon/Party Shop who will inflate the balloon for you for a small cost.

Important Information

Foil Balloons exposed to cool atmospheres will appear to deflate due to the gas contracting within the Balloon. Once returned to a warm atmosphere the Balloon will return to it's normal inflation.

Exposing Foil Balloons to extreme heat may result in the Balloon over-inflating and bursting.

Foil Balloons must NEVER be released outdoors or near Power Lines.

NEVER intentionally inhale Helium as this can be dangerous.
